The machine comes with 100 pre-programmed patterns including:

• horizontal tacks in varying lengths, widths and stitch counts
• vertical tacks in varying lengths, widths and stitch counts
• eyelet patterns

This particular machine has a BIG hook and bobbin factory-installed giving you more than double bobbin thread capacity then its competing models.

Clamping is Pneumatic (You will need an Air Compressor for clamp up / down pressure).  Air solenoids and air vale regulator are included as standard.

Widely used for sewing box X patterns on a variety of materials from knits to denim to multiple layers of webbing.

Ideal thread sizes are anywhere from TEX 27 to TEX 138 (cotton poly blends, bonded nylon and bonded polyester).

The machine comes with a factory set 60mm x 40mm open box clamp.  If you need this machine set-up with custom clamping and programming, contact us.  We provide custom clamping and programming to fit your application.
